In a significant escalation of the ongoing conflict, Ukrainian drones struck one of the biggest weapons depot of Russia in Tver Oblast,
according to sources cited by the Kyiv Independent. According to the source in the SBU, drones from Ukraine's military intelligence and Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a warehouse storing ballistic missiles, including Iskanders, anti-aircraft missiles, artillery ammunition, and KAB guided bombs.
According to preliminary reports the attack was carried out from the territory of Latvia.
A vigilant correspondent on the ground in the Tver oblast reports an interesting sound characteristic of jet-propelled aircraft. It is likely that Ukraine has used either the Storm Shadow or that very same Palianytsia cruise missile of its own production.
