Gaza and October 7: No Evidence of Massive Rape by Hamas

The Greyzone reports that Elkayam-Levy, who reported massive rapes committed by Hamas, has been revealed as a fraud.

On December 6, 2023, members of the White House National Security Council hosted Elkayam-Levy in Washington to learn more about "her work gathering testimonies and documenting evidence of the October 7 events and creating a comprehensive account of gender-based violence committed by Hamas."

Her efforts earned her the Israel Prize, the most prestigious award an Israeli citizen can receive from their government.

However, three days later, YNet published a damning exposé accusing Elkayam-Levy of defrauding major donors and spreading false stories of Hamas atrocities. She also failed to produce a major report on sexual violence on October 7.

“People distanced themselves from her because her research is inaccurate,” said an Israeli government official. “After all, the story is that they want to accuse us of spreading fake news, and her methodology was neither good nor accurate.”

Government officials were dismayed that Elkayam-Levy propagated false claims that a Hamas militant had cut the fetus from a pregnant woman before raping her—a lie first spread by the fraudster Yossi Landau of the scandal-ridden ZAKA organization. “The story of the pregnant woman whose belly was cut open—an account that turned out to be false and which she spread in the international press,” the official said.

Through her Deborah Institute, Elkayam-Levy collected millions of dollars. According to government sources who spoke to YNet, she defrauded wealthy American Jewish donors like Rahm Emanuel and transferred the money to her personal bank account.

After more than five months of research, the lawyer has produced nothing substantial. Her "atrocities report," which was supposed to provide clear evidence of systematic sexual violence perpetrated by Hamas on October 7, has yet to arrive.
