Dr. Robert Malone, molecular biologist, criticizes the reappointment of Ursula von der Leyen as President of the European Commission.
He raises concerns about transparency and governance within the EU.
He says: "I am deeply dismayed to see that Members of the European Parliament have chosen to reelect Ursula von der Leyen as President of the European Commission, despite it becoming clear that she acted illegally in the vaccine procurement contracts case. Of course, the legal battle surrounding this issue could lead to developments if the Commission decides to appeal to the CJEU.
Nevertheless, this second mandate for Ursula von der Leyen at the helm of this institution presages a dark future for Europe. This vote has set a precedent: the Commission and its president can now act as they please, disregarding EU laws without facing consequences. This is a very troubling signal for the entire European project."
Malone accuses von der Leyen of opaque and illegal management of vaccine contracts. He predicts a bleak future for Europe due to these practices. Malone mentions legal actions against Pfizer and discusses the controversial origins of COVID-19.
